This is the first time I've dealt with Shenzhen Sindeice Systems Co.Ltd. And I have to admit that it was easy and straight forward.
Fearing there would be a communication problem between buyer and seller, I was pleasantly surprised that Jack spoke very clearly in english over the phone. He was absolutely the right person to deal with and very professional. He even changed some specifications to suit my needs. Jack always kept me up to date and advised me throughout this transaction. He was always available when I had a question or two about the ice flaker. As all documents and certificates were in order, I had no problem importing it into the U.K.
